About the Class

This class is designed for young children to explore movement, build confidence, and develop essential skills, all while having fun! Coaches work alongside parents and caregivers to guide children through engaging activities, including obstacle courses, basic gymnastics, and exciting games. The program focuses on keeping kids active while enhancing their coordination, balance, and motor skills in a playful environment.

During the class, children will:

About the Class

Embark on an exciting gymnastics adventure designed for pre-schoolers These classes provide a fun, safe, and engaging environment where children develop essential physical and social skills.

For 3-year-olds, the focus is on introducing basic gymnastics, motor skills, body awareness, and balance through playful activities. As children progress to the 4-year-old class, they build on these foundations with more structured exercises, creative movement, and skill development.

Our goal is to nurture each child’s growth while making learning exciting and adventurous at every stage!

Age: 5yrs-8yrs & 9yrs-12yrs

Duration: 60 Minutes

This entry-level class is perfect for beginners eager to explore the fundamentals of gymnastics! Your child will be introduced to all five key events, building strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Events Covered

✔️ Floor Exercises – Basic tumbling, rolls, and flexibility training
✔️ Bars – Strength-building movements and grip techniques
✔️ Beam – Balance, posture, and coordination drills
✔️ Vault – Jumping techniques and safe landings
✔️ Tumble Track & Trampoline – Fun, controlled bouncing and aerial awareness

With a wide variety of skills to practice, gymnasts will develop full-body strength and progress toward more advanced techniques as they grow. This class is the perfect starting point for any young gymnast!

Duration: 75 Minutes

At this level, gymnasts master the basics on all events and begin working on more advanced skills that require increased strength, control, and precision. A strong handstand is a key focus, as it serves as the foundation for higher-level gymnastics skills.

This class is designed to challenge and refine gymnasts’ abilities, preparing them for the next level of their gymnastics journey!

Duration: 120 Minutes

At this level, gymnasts focus on developing strength, control, and advanced movement patterns. They begin working on skills that require transitioning through an upside-down position, increasing their body awareness and stability. Strength training plays a key role in helping gymnasts master these more challenging techniques.

Key Skills & Focus Areas

✔️ Mastering inverted movements (handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, flips, etc.)
✔️ Enhancing strength and endurance for advanced skills
✔️ Building control and stability in upside-down positions
